Then the replication delay is your problem...

Why is replication involved here anyway? The Traveler server should be pointing to the user's mail database on the home mail server for the user. Is this not how you have it configured? I use Traveler on my iPhone and I can tell you that I usually get email there before it gets to the BlackBerry I also have, so it is real push mail. But with you mentioning replication, I have to ask how you are configured so that Traveler is pointing to a replica of the primary mail file? Or is your connection document configured with a delay to only route mail on the schedule instead of immediately?
